All Sales Are Final
NexiTools (nexitools.com) sells digital products including ebooks, guides, templates, and prompt packs delivered as instant digital downloads. Due to the instantly-downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that will be delivered immediately via download link
- You understand that digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed
- You agree to this no-refund policy before completing your purchase
The 90-Day Blueprint Guarantee
For The Airbnb Launch Blueprint specifically, we offer a conditional 90-Day Blueprint Guarantee. If you follow the system as instructed — complete the Stage 1 checklist, implement the strategies in Chapters 1 through 5, and track your before-and-after listing stats — and you do not see improvement in your views, inquiries, or bookings within 90 days, you may email us your documented results and we will issue a full refund.
This guarantee requires demonstrable proof of effort and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Download & Access Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us at official@nexitools.com within 7 days of purchase. We will resolve any delivery or access issues promptly.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, please note that by purchasing and immediately downloading or accessing digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed digital product purchase that was successfully delivered constitutes fraud. We maintain detailed records of all purchases, download confirmations, and account access logs, which we submit as evidence in any dispute proceedings.
